Fat Loss 4 Idiots is an online based diet program. It is just what it says it is, a common sense based diet plan that helps people to lose weight safely. The diet focuses on the metabolism and gets it to work more efficiently thus burning more fat. It’s not a painful, expensive, or hard to follow diet.

One of my favorite parts of the diet is the meal generator. You plug in the foods you enjoy and the software comes up with a meal plan for 11 days. The generator tells you what to eat, as well as how to make it yourself. This saves you money and is a lot better for you. Most of us understand that eating out at restaurants all the time is a major diet killer. By the way, the diet operates in 14 day cycles. Eleven days of the diet and three free days to eat as you like. That’s another reason that it’s so easy to follow.

Meals are eaten four times a day as opposed to two or three (yes, we’re all guilty of doing this!). By eating bigger meals only a few times a day the metabolism crashes and the body isn’t able to burn the calories off. Smaller meals throughout the day give you more energy and burns more fat. There is no limit to portion size, just eat until you feel satisfied.

The program claims that you can lose up to nine pounds in eleven days. I only lost five in the first week or so but I was only trying to lose fifteen pounds. It’s important to remember that people with more weight to lose are going to lose more weight quicker. Some of my friends that used this program lost more weight than I did quicker, but they also had more to lose.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a book, and that’s it. They don’t ask you to buy any miracle drugs, products, cds, or any other useless crap. I think that as of right now they have a second book available for purchase but they definitely don’t push unnecessary items on customers. I paid $39 dollars for my book and I still go back and refer to it from time to time. The information that they provide you is not only good for losing weight, but keeping it off.
